3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye

In addition, the lens provides 100% UVA/UVB protection with distortion-free clarity. You’ll have all-day comfort with the rubber temples and rubber nose pads. Also, the Shatterproof Selenite™ Polycarbonate lenses meet ASTM F803 sport safety standards.
