2. Hold ruler against your brow
3. Close the right eye then align the ruler's 0mm with the center of your left pupil
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye
5. The mm that lines up the center of your right pupil is your PD

These are great safety glasses and the progressive lense is awesome as I am a scrub tech in surgery and and bi-focals limit vision to a small area. I ordered the yellow and in the picture they look yellow and black. However after receiving them they actually have a dark green color along the top rim which I really don’t like. No where in the description did it say it was green. Not happy about this but it doesn’t affect the performance of them but that is why I gave them 4 stars and not 5.

I do have to say for purchasing these online I wasn't sure if I was going to be truly happy but I definitely am. They did take awhile to arrive but I had a prescription in mine. There comfortable & cute. They were worth the wait & the money. I do have to add I also had anti fog with mine & that really wasn't all that great but I can live with it. If you're thinking about trying these you won't be disappointed!
