For the safety of our staff, our showroom in Houston, TX is closed until further notice. Our Corporate office in Sugar Land, TX is open with 50% staff occupancy and our team members are still working remotely to serve you via Phone calls, Live Chat, Emails & through our website.
Our brand partners have slowly started to resume operations after being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are navigating the reopening of our optical lab facilities to 100% capacity, as we continue to fulfill online orders. With the guidance of local and federal agencies, we have modified our staffing and safety procedures to ensure our employees’ health and safety. Please note that this has increased the turnaround time for some orders up to 3 to 5 weeks. In most cases order will ship within 3 weeks. We are updating the website as frequently as possible to reflect any specific updates and delays in availability that we encounter. To help expedite the fulfilment process, our shipping team will upgrade all delayed orders with free 2 day delivery. USPS, FedEx and UPS are still making deliveries, although their estimated shipping time are not currently 100% guaranteed.
